An electrical device used to charge rechargeable batteries. Chargers come in a variety of configurations, depending on the need. Chargers range in complexity from simple adapters that plug directly into an outlet (overnight wall chargers) to Multi function units that discharge, condition, charge, peak, then maintain your cells according to your settings.
